We want you to love your Motel Rocks items, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all labels are removed or covered.

  Generate Your Label

  Choose your preferred shipping method within the portal to download a prepaid return label or receive a QR code for paperless drop-off.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
